If there was no life safety in the main structure then I would go directly to the exposures as a priority!
Wow, it would of been nice to save the residences to the right and left, but once the fire hit those structures it went, appears initially there was a lack of equipment and manpower as the case in every major fire, fire carried right through those attics. In that case protecting the untouched structures is a priority. I wouldnt waste too much water on the fire load only on the untouched exposures til you had the water to significantly suppress the main fire load, hitting the fir load to occasionally cool it down would be ok though. I would probably wouldnt use the deck guns off the truck fearing a lot of wasted water, using ground master streams I think would be better, until things were more under control.
1. Info of houses clear or primary search..2 Exposures w master streams in better position. 3 interior attack to push fire out of the exposure houses. 3 salvage vehicle.
